Oshkosh is in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Oshkosh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Very rude. Couldnt even get a hi or hello when you walk in just straight up attitude. Over priced 50$ for a taillight when you can buy one brand new online for just that or cheaper. The yard is absolutely disgustingly muddy. Worst junkyard ive ever been too.

Good yard but website hours need to be updated. They are open until 1:00PM Saturdays. The website shows 3:00. I drove a good ways to check out Wallys, pulled a bunch of parts, and ultimately could not purchase anything because I didn't leave until after they had already closed their Point of Sale system. Inconvenient for me, and I'm sure the employee who had to stay late to escort me out.

Bernie was great our 1st time there and I gave him 5 stars. This time we showed up today a few minutes before noon when they close at 1pm. My husband walked in 30 seconds before me. I went to go stand by him and the girl behind the counter immediately starts yelling at me "You aren't going out there. The yard is closed". I replied " I wasn't just going to walk out there. I know you need to sign in, etc." . I did ask when the rules changed because we were up a few months ago and we're out there til 1pm. She repeated "The yard closes at noon and nobody is going out there". We left immediately but on my way out I did tell her the recording and Google should be updated so people know. We drove quite a distance and this is frustrating. Bernie provides excellent customer service. Very personable. Went above and beyond to help us get the parts we needed. Fair prices. Will return in the future.

Well organized. Prices aren’t the best(wanted a 4runner tailgate and the price was astronomical on that, but fine on the wheels). People(not the scrapyard), Stop scrapping beautiful, functional cars! 2nd gen 4runner mafia.

Used to be great for parts. Not so much anymore. Really went down hill. In one day I called four times and never got an answer, the phone just rang, mind you during business hours. I finally got somebody to answer, and they said they would have a part off the next day. They didn't. It was a week later and they called me to inform me the part was off. When I got there, there was five people standing at the counter waiting. The counter man, was in the office laughing and joking with one of his buddies. People were obviously upset that they were waiting, so they must have been there for a while. I know that I waited 10 minutes before he even came out. I bought a grade a fender oh, that's supposed to be in good shape. When I picked up the fender, the bottoms all rusty and it's full of door dings. Wasn't super impressed. When I got back, I tried to call twice, and I got no answer. Their sister store in Appleton is not any better. I got a door from them, they had it listed online for $95. Why called to secure the part, she told me it was 125, then she wanted to argue with me when I told her they had it online for 95 saying that she couldn't do that. I've run into that before where th
